A large machine park and the variety of the most different processing technologies allow us a product range that we are consistently expanding.
In-house production
From planning to realisation, your product remains with us. Thanks to our varied machine park, we can carry out virtually all work steps. This guarantees a timely processing of your orders.
Materials
For the various purposes, we always use the optimum material: alloy and high-alloy tool steels for cold and warm work, sinter metal, powder metallurgic steels, heat treated steels, brass, synthetics, aluminium or stainless steel.
Well-trained experts
We attach great importance to ideally experts and thereby create the foundation for careful and professional order processing.
Design
We implement solutions using state-of-the-art CAD systems. By regularly upgrading our hardware, we are always able to install new programs with high resources on our computers.
Heat treatment
Heat treatment is carried out in our company virtually exclusively. Only very large components are outsourced for vacuum hardening or nitration.
Wage work
Die blanks, stamps, shapes, tools and promotional items can be engraved at our company, processed or laser inscribed after delivery or collection.
Quality management
We work according to the regulations of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Our document management allows us to access product-relevant data at any time.
